Should I File Bankruptcy?

Bankruptcy is a personal decision which is influenced by the amount of your debt and your ability to meet payments or your ability to pay the full amount. Being hassled by creditors when you are broke is very stressful. The decision to file should not be made solely to stop creditors from hassling you.
