Biography

Lee Schwilm has spent the last 11 years dealing with consumer bankruptcy issues and business bankruptcy issues.  He interned for a Bankruptcy attorney while in law school and upon graduation and passing the NC State bar he built a practice focusing among other things Bankruptcy Law and helping consumers get out of debt by filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.  He has filed thousands of Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases  and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases during his 11 years of practice representing consumer debtors in personal bankruptcy.
